Learning to be in touch with your relaxed self can ease and aid pain in your body and change negative feelings.
I am a certified Holistic Practitioner, utilizing the Relaxation Response to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. This holistic approach is a non-pharmacologic intervention for the treatment of conditions caused and exacerbated by stress and is based on the work of the Harvard Mind/Body Institute at Harvard University.
I use the Relaxation Response in conjunction with Cognitive Psychotherapy to relieve and control symptoms of anxiety and depression.
